In addition to my daughter's cupcakes, I very quickly decorated this small Hello Kitty cake for a colleague's daughter who was returning to Taiwan after a 5 year stay. I have wanted to bake something for her for quite some time but never got round to doing it until now when I only have a few days left. This is the second time I'm doing Hello Kitty.
Pardon my hastily taken pictures today. Was really in such a mad rush trying to do so many things in one day. But again, don't I always try to do too much?
Here it is.
Compare to my first one which was a much larger one for my daughter's birthday last year.
